Michael Mildenberger, Managing Director of Corporate Finance Partners Americas, was formerly Co-Founder and CEO of Wireless Fire LTD, a US mobile entertainment company. From 1996 to 2000 Michael was Co-Founder and CEO of aeonware AG, an ecommerce software company. Prior to this, he worked for DaimlerChrysler IT Services. Michael holds a degree in Political Economics with special field in Latin America from the Eberhard Karls University in Tuebingen/ Germany. Michael manages the US offices of Corporate Finance Partners and has completed approximate USD 1 billion in transactions since the office's inception.
