Before jointly establishing Corporate Finance Partners Austria (former COM Partners), Kai worked for the Central and Eastern European Investment boutique EPIC, where he worked at the headquarters as an advisor for leading energy, cable Television, and telecom companies in Austria and in Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to that, Kai worked for Price Waterhouse focusing on the energy and banking industry and on business valuations. Kai is a graduate of the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (WU) and studied finance at HEC in Paris. He is a native German speaker and fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
