Together with renowned private investors CFP & Founders Investments has purchased a stake in Switzerland-based, listed Highlight Communications AG (“Highlight” or the “Company”).

In the medium-term CFP & Founders Investments sees strong upside potential in the share price of Highlight. This view is shared by renowned research analysts and marketeers. Next to solid cash flows and operational growth (including M&A opportunities in the current market phase), potential upside for the share price could result from the strategic relationship with Constantin Medien AG which already owns just below 50% of Highlight shares.

Constantin Medien (formerly EM.TV Sport Media) today comprises DSF (Deutsches Sport Fernsehen), Sport1.de and Plaza Medien (producing the German Bundesliga on IP-TV for Deutsche Telekom).
